We are an established builder in the Hill Country with deep connections in the community. We believe in the power of relationships, and we have spent the last fifteen years utilizing our knowledge and relationships to craft custom homes for our clients.

As founder of Villaggio Homes, John’s vision was to bring a new standard of construction excellence to the Hill Country area. After building his first home in Escondido, John believed that there was an opportunity in the market for a company that is able to marry the expertise of a craftsman and the execution of a well run organization, in order to produce a finished product and construction experience that exceeds expectations. Ultimately, giving clients the peace of mind that the entirety of their construction project was being handled correctly. John is a graduate of Villanova University.

Samantha Kellermann

Managing Partner

Sam’s ability to manage both the design and construction management portion of her position is what makes her unique. She excels in her client facing role, and enjoys integrating design features from her client’s wish list into the construction of their dream home. Sam arrived with years of hands on experience derived from building and running her own 120 acre equestrian ranch in Wimberley, Texas, which includes a full restoration of a 1901 farmhouse moved from New Braunfels and several other historic buildings. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Business.
